Violation of the Terms and Conditions will revoke any right to claim a refund, return or exchange
Physical Products
All items sold by Splintery are non returnable unless there is a manufacturing or printing error. You must contact Splintery within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange or refund. Splintery reserves the right to ask for additional information and approve or not the exchange or return.
Personalized items are final sale.
Items that are damaged (with the exception of manufacturing error), used or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange or store credit.
You must receive a return authorization prior to shipping your order back. Splintery will not be obligated to refund or exchange an item that was returned without having a return authorization. For questions and inquiries about a return or exchange, please reach out via our contact form.
Digital Products
Digital products are final sale.
Digital items are clearly described in the product category, name and or description. When you purchase a digital item you agree, and understand that you will not be sent a physical product and that you have done your own research in regards of software, hardware or apps needed for such product to work properly.
If you have questions about a specific digital product please send your questions to via our contact form BEFORE making the purchase.
Digital products may have a limit of downloads. You are responsible for storing and saving your download in your computer or somewhere that you can access but you are prohibited to upload the files anywhere that can be accessed for anyone other than you.
Loosing or deleting your digital product, after reaching your download limit, doesn’t constitute a reason or justification to claim a refund.
